“i'm Sorry!” How To Get Back With Your Girlfriend


If you screwed up and now find yourself in the awful position of trying to find out how to get back with your girlfriend the easiest thing to do is start with “I'm sorry.” Most likely you don't have much to work with at the moment. You messed up the relationship, you need to make sure you don't mess anything else up. If you aren't used to apologizing and saying that you're sorry then this is going to help you learn how to get back with your girlfriend. 

The first part in how to get back with your girlfriend is to apologize the the best way to do that is by following this very simple plan. You have to show remorse, ask for forgiveness, ensure her that it won't happen again, and 

First how to get back with your girlfriend, you have to show that you feel bad about it. You have to show some remorse. It is no time to be the tough guy. That doesn't mean that you have to cry or anything. Just look dumb and look down. Look like you are too ashamed to look her in the eye. Don't try and look cute. You will most likely fail and somehow she'll know. They always do.

The rest of it when learning how to get back with your girlfriend is ask her for forgiveness. Do your best to be sincere or at least appear that way. When you want to know how to get back together with your girlfriend you need to know that they are expecting you to be somewhat less than sincere. If you can't be sincere you need to be a really good actor and do the rest of the things really well.

Let her know that you aren't going to ever do that again. This will be a hard thing to do because being male you are far from perfect. It's hard to tell someone that we aren't going to screw up again. It seems to come naturally. You can't say, “I'll try” either. You have to commit to not doing that again. You will make mistakes again, you just have to keep from making that particular one again when you want to know how to get back with your girlfriend

Even though you likely will you have to sell it. Cap it off with a nice treat....a fancy dinner somewhere. Buy her something nice. You can't buy love but you can buy a little bit of time and if you have done everything else correctly this should put a nice little bow on it all. Go all out. It may be obvious what you are trying to do but it may very well be worth it as they see what you are willing to put yourself through to impress her. The more it looks like you are really trying to get back together and that you are truly sorry for what you have done, the better your chances at knowing how to get back with your girlfriend.  

Partially True...

Well I gave the idea two nights of testing. The first night I was out like a light. I did my usual routine and when I went to bed I really don't remember how long it took before I was out. Last night I did my usual routine and for some reason I kept tossing and turning. I did have some stuff on my mind which could of affected the trial. I will try again tonight and see what the outcome brings. I will of course post my findings. Till then - CYA.

Exercise and great sleep go together, hand in hand...

I've been working out now for about a month or so. Although I don't see the weight loss yet I do see improved looks on my arms, shoulders and chest. I usually workout after dinner which is between 6pm and 7pm. I would probably try to do a quick set or two before bed just to see if I do get a better night's sleep.

Interestingly enough, exercising close to bedtime or earlier in the day did not affect sleep quality. Previous studies had shown that exercise late in the day had been bad for sleep. Shawn Youngstedt, a researcher at the University of South Carolina who worked on the poll, pointed out to USA Today that those previous beliefs don't hold true for everyone.
